Neutrinos are electrically neutral fermions which are part of the $SU(2{)}_L$ doublet. They undergo weak interactions with force carriers W and Z bosons.

Note: $m(W^{\pm })\sim 80GeVm(Z)\sim 91GeV$

Neutrinos in the Standard Model are described by the Weyl spinors with left chirality: $P_L=\frac{1}{2}(1-{\gamma }^5)$
